YaWNnnNNNnnnNNNNN!!!!

Work is boring!!!!!
So I've started my 6 months PPP attachment.
Means I won't need to go back to school next sem.
Which means I won't have to wrestle with the stupid CORS and its downtime.
Which means I won't have to keep late nights finishing my lab report, tutorials and projects.
And most importantly, I won't need to mug like crazy for any stupid exams.

Actually...I don't mind school. At least it's fun. Unpredictable. NOT THAT MONOTONOUS.
unlike work....
Starts everyday at 8am...lunch at 12nn....go home from work at 5.15pm, with the occasion overtime. Slack at home till 12mn, go sleep, wake up at 6.30am. Repeat ad nausem. And everyone's confined to their desk within a cubicle..Its so stifling...

Been comparing my PPP with the time I was working at ARC, and found that I actually missed my time there. ARC work was complicated and exasperating. And I would overtime there and leave the office only when the sky gets dark. I lived in constant fear of my superiors and the applicants 'cause it was so easy then to get into trouble.
But I enjoy my time there.
Because I had great collegues.
Overtime didn't matter when you are working with friends.
And every so often we would come together and bitch about work to release the frustration.
AND WE WERE NOT CONFINED TO STUPID CUBICLES.
To anyone from ARC reading this, thanks for the company over that 2+++years.

So I am dreading the working life. I just hope I would get use to all these after 6 months...
Actually, have been thinking about the work that I really would want to do, and my dreams, and the things that I want..but that's another story for another day. For now, have to make the most out of the attachment. Its not that bad actually. It's just so stifling.
